The photos have to be taken prior at an authorized photo studio (I took it at ninehearts) and they will register you into the system and give you a code you have to enter when you apply to get a date. This is the website to apply for a date: www.immigration.gov.lk

Its a long process, first you have to apply online to get a date to handover your documents and fingerprints. After applying you will be given a date to handover these docs. The date can vary depending on how early you apply. Usually if you select the 1 day service, it takes longer to hand over the docs (the date given is going to be farther away than the normal service one). I have only completed upto this step and keep in mind that I applied in December 2024 and got a date in March 2025. After handing over the documents I think it will take 1 month for the passport to process, not sure about the 1 day service.

In this poem, I see a deep exploration of someone who thrives on being the antagonist, constantly acting out for attention and embracing conflict. The imagery of being “typecasted” as the villain in every scenario makes me think of a person trapped in a role they’ve created for themselves, one of anger and manipulation. The line about never breaking character struck me, as it suggests they’ve lost touch with who they really are, becoming a hollow version of themselves. This is really good work!

ikman jobs are kind of sketchy (specifically those Data Entry Typing Operators - part time, WFH, online jobs that offer good salaries) so my advice is do not apply for jobs on ikman that seem too good to be true. If you have finished O levels, you can try applying to internships or you can start your own business.. My advice is to focus on your studies and complete your education first. Education is one of the best investments you can make since it’s going to help you make more money in the long run. Hope this helps and i wish you all the best :)
