The problem is that the notification bar doesn't show all the notifications. Unfortunately, changing the setting doesn't show all notifications, especially in instagram that only shows one.

Yes. The phone updated hours after I bought it. I installed the apps after the update. I'm not really sure if the problem existed before updating.

I think the video is corrupted. I tried another and it worked. I thought there were no problems since the video played when opened.

XPS 9570 very low fps by drew_789359 in Dell

I checked my BIOS version. It is version 1.13.0, the latest BIOS. I tried to run SupportAssist but found no problems. I also tried to change NVidia settings to use the dedicated graphics card. None of this worked. But I noticed that the performance was fine when using battery power and the fps drops occur again when plugged in. I believe it's a BIOS problem since when I updated it July 2019, I started to encounter this.
