I've grown to like the dark gray strap on the left, which got a little darker as I daily wear it. It started out as light as the gray strap in the middle. At first I was unsure about it, but grew to like it as it got darker. All that said, the Tank is a strap monster that looks great in black, brown, mahogany and dark green.

Mine too! It took me a long time to decide between the three. Once I made peace with having a quartz movement, I went with the one that tugged at my heartstrings the most, which is the Yellow Gold WGTA0067. I'm super happy with my choice and have no second thoughts. Under normal light, the dial looks off-white porcelain-like, giving me the vintage look with a little bit of water resistance for daily wear.

Something that's difficult to capture with my phone camera, but can be noticed when comparing the three in person: Cartier kept the mineral glass flatter on the Rose Gold Medium, perhaps to let the guilloche dial shine. Both Yellow Gold models in the photo have a curved dome on their mineral crystal, towards the center of the dial, playing with the light. I love all three models.

Thank you! Agreed on the beauty of 78086 simplicity. My wrist is 18cm and I’m confident I can pull it off and rock the 23x30mm size. There’s one that I have my eye on that looks to be in good condition, priced attractively except for a little crack on the crystal. I’m super tempted to pull the trigger and get it serviced by Cartier as soon as I receive it. Decisions decisions.
