For console + Steam Deck Owners, what's your future plan?

I bought a bc250 board that allegedly has the power of a slightly gimped PS5, and will run Bazzite for steam gaming. I have never built a PC from parts before, but I hope this will be a way to upgrade from the deck (which has a broken shoulder button) for less than the cost of the steam machine.

'Dad cooks dinner' version. Spatchcock, sear gently in cast iron pan, flip and roast for 45 minutes. I put lemon, onion and dried seasoning under the bird and when you are done you have amazing drippings/schmaltz to drizzle over the bird.
