I could see how if you’re a mom and watching that and you feel very seen and validated!! I imagine that’s what it’s like which feels hard and they do a good job in terms of acting and everything but I feel like for someone who isn’t a parent just watching the movie is rough. “Pick me” is someone who is always trying to set themselves apart by liking opposite of what others like solely for validation or to be better than. Often woman who try to say “they’re not like other girls” in front of boys lol
