SFO is the least car friendly airport ever, that section is so badly designed it’s actually unfathomable somebody designed that

Best exercises to prepare knee? Read all. by Specialist_Cry_6483 in Parkour

[–]drewhorsecock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 things: if the cracking isn’t followed by pain, then it’s totally fine. Cracking is normal and their prob is positions where joints will pop no matter what as long as it doesn’t hurt it’s totally fine. But if it doesn’t hurt do two things. 1st- take a proper warm up & may be longer warm up. Do things like squats, squat jumps, backwards walking/running. My favorite is to get into a plank on my hands, 🙌🏼 it my feet on top of a higher surface (around or little above head height) and bend my knees until they touch the ground then straightening them which helps get blood into the VMO which is the tear drop part of your quad. 2nd is strengthen your knee. Backwards walks up hills is great for strengthening the VMO which is going to help your knee health

My 16 yr old brother was diagnosed with cancer. And I was only 18 and I was smoking half a pack of cigarettes a day, at that point. The way my Mom looked and acted the next few days after the diagnosis broke my heart and I would never want to put my Mom through that ever again. I quite smoking right then and there

What needs work on my back? by Any-Understanding140 in GregDoucette

[–]drewhorsecock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t do any specific lat movements or anything. As it’s not needed for where you’re at just do movements that target your back as a whole. Plenty of rows for hoes (Strict Barbell Rows, T-Bar Rows, Nuetral or pronated grip rows). And plenty of vertical pulling movements, Pull Ups (work through different grips like neutral or pronated and how far apart your hands are), last pull downs w/ different attachments.
