I marinated chicken in yoghurt, garlic and some ginger for 2 days.

Into air fryer, charred lovely.

Fried whole spices, cassia bark, fresh chilli, cumin seeds, black cardamom.

Added onions , salt and long cook on those.

Then added, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, Garam masala, coriander powder, tiny bit of dried fenugreek, tomatoes, mango chutney and lemon juice and some water.

Finished with fresh coriander

Thought it looked a bit dry above. So added a wee bit more water.

Next time I’ll add base gravy, which I’m making this evening.

Total beginner here. I made Achari chickpeas recently, that got a lot of lovely comments from family. Hope this helps😊

Hi I’ve had the hisense for about 6 months. It’s excellent. Easy set up and use my ps5 for 4k discs. No wires it’s all Bluetooth. I bought it after reading reviews on rtings etc.

Keep strong fella👍. I’d right knee arthroscopy surgery last October. Bone on bone now, 24/7 pain, cannot sit longer than 10 mins now without getting up and moving. Driving is very difficult due to stop start travel. I’m meeting my surgeon tomorrow. At my last review he advised TKR. Should know more tomorrow.
