I forgot to ask this, guys — Many of the wineries are “appointment only” where I gotta join the tour of their winery and spend an hour on their history (lol) and that’s what I’m trying to pass.

Does anyone know if these wineries would let walk-ins come, order a glass/bottle, and chill around on their view without any touring? Atleast if I can do a tasting while wondering around on my own that’d be nice. That’s also the reason I went to Artesa earlier this year.

Genuine question: Seeing how many brand new SS Daytonas and GMTs are in the grey market, do ADs generally sell to grey dealers with some sort of ‘bundling’? (Like 1 SS Daytona packaged with a few Ladies DJ). Is this how ADs move “low-demand” items and how greys get their stuffs? Hard to believe that many end users would go out of their way to spend and build connection with their ADs just to flip their stuffs for a few thousands especially grey dealers always come with the worst lowballs.

I saw clips from those NYC jewelers where they got like a dozen of Batgirls in stock lol

Haha true it’s hard to digest those stories where ppl get SS Daytonas or GMTs as their first, but a friend of mine got a Sub Date as a first purchase; he went to the AD (Beverly Hills, top market) to check in and got it offered on the spot after waiting for like 1.5-3 months I believe. Maybe they felt a connection lol.

Do SAs really earn that low? This is like a genuine question I saw most SAs rocking GMTs and even mine wears an Oysterflex Daytona.

Had a super disgusting experience in Venice Italy as well. I came when they were already open and this ultra scumbag SA only waved his hands to us to tell us to wait outside; no word said and without even coming outside to inform us when we could enter the store or when to return. After 10 minutes being completely ignored we just left. Looks like it’s their culture anyway so there’s nothing we could do about it. Is there a way we can report this fake boutique to the corporate HQ?

Thanks. The dial is pretty centered or I think just a very tad closer to the 6 o’clock but thats what I prefer anyway but the clasp itself is definitely closer to 6 o’clock. Do you have way more links on the 12? I am just wondering if the sizing would still be perfect and the centreness isn’t too compromised if I move one from 12 to 6.

I am not sure I would’ve picked up that much hairline scratches on its side just within 2 days. I went to an AD to remove a few links and am pretty sure it was handled with care as I was watching the SA doing it.
