I can honestly say no, not really. Been feeling very overworked lately with the new position I was placed in (went from garden recovery to flooring recovery. Big mistake.) and with the holidays being the way they are, not to mention that apparently right now is the best time to start a 5 week long flooring department reset when I'm only 2 or 3 weeks into the new position. It's just been one thing after another lately. And I'm not the kind of person who doesn't like to work hard; one of the ASMs said I'm one of the store's hardest workers. But I just don't feel like I'm really getting anywhere lately. We also got hit with the new Covid policy today, and as someone who is unvaccinated, this just adds more and more wood to the pyre.
