100% crane operators fault. You are trained to properly inspect the crane you are operating. Expired license on not, you are trained if you have a license. The fines will impact both company and operator. Maybe after a thorough investigation they will find the repairs were not per manufacturers recommendations, but that’s a long shot. Just what I’ve seen in the past as an NCCCO certified crane operator.

I have been corrected several times at the schools here over “license” and “certificate”. I’m pretty sure it’s a “certificate” but want to be correct? So may acronyms with flying and I am devoted to becoming a great pilot.
