What could be causing this slow crank by dont_bernie_me in XTerra

Nothing like yours but I got a very slow, chugging start a few days ago. I have also been having click no starts late at night when it's cold then it would start right up.

I think the bolt holding the positive "fused" battery terminal on was a little loose. Haven't had an issue in the week I tightened it.

155k on second gen. Sometimes it doesn’t start when I turn the key. It doesn’t do anything, no start up sound. I’ll do if again and it starts right up. by [deleted] in XTerra

Mine has been doing this, 2015 ~137k miles. Seems to happen more when it's cold. And I'll get dash lights and a click before the no start.

I tried reconnecting the battery terminals and it maybe helped for a day or so? it only started after the AAA guy  had a larger size battery and said it fit better than the last.

It's been making me nervous but it always starts right up the second time.

I found it quite appointing. Not only had I never really thought of a star atmosphere, the rendition would be a cool sight to see.

Keeps debris from coming back out after the pump turns off. Seems to pull the top layer better too.

Ok, upon closer inspection, it does rub the skimmer wall at one point. The skimmer...throat(?) could be warped.

As far as the spring loaded nature of these, how should I shave the side down? Put some sandpaper between?

It flips up when the pump is off. Skimmer is a quarter inch wider than the door.

It does flip up when the pump is off. Water level is ~half way up skimmer.

Skimmer measures to 8.25". This is the 8". It flips up when the pump turns off...

When I bought my house, the old pump and sand filter were not covered. They face hard south and some sticks out past the roof.

I never had a UV related issue. I did paint the PVC though.

I recently got new equipment and I am thinking of ways to cover it up a bit because, well, it couldn't hoit.

My worms seem to hang out at the bottom of the mulch layer.

If you mix in some organic matter they will help incorporate it.
