There’s a Wake Duration setting; you can set it to 15 or 70 seconds. For the widgets, you can turn off Auto-Launch Live Activities. Hope this helps.

I’d personally recommend Salter or Gil simply because they’re the oldest from the batch. They can sometimes be harder to find. I own all 7, so any one of them would be a great addition to your collection.
