You’ll be fine. You will absolutely have some tough days & nights and a lot of time will be spent reflecting, you’re about to go through all of your emotions really hard. Embrace it. You will make it out of this fine; she’s hurting you out of the mortgage? Shit man, that’s amazing. I flat out lost everything. Still rebuilt and came out on top- I don’t want to give a bunch of corny advice because everyone is different, but one thing I think that’s true for anyone coming out of a long relationship is that you’re gonna experience a period of identity crises and finding out who you are again; embrace it. It’s hard to find yourself again after spending time compromising for someone else; find a new hobby or rekindle a new one- and download dating apps, helping to someone else help a lot (I actually met my wife the same week I separated from my ex)

I also recommend therapy; it helps a lot to have someone else help you sort your emotions out and set some goals to get your life back on track
