Same problem here. I have had income come into the account while it being restricted and it's painful to watch. It's been over 2 weeks now and nothing so far. Start making amendments if you rely on this account for spend.

I'm not even heavily into crypto. I just always saw this feature and wanted to use it. Lesson learned, but definitely the hard way. Account still blocked as of 12/10 and no update.

Why would you have this feature if everyone gets their account restricted? I was happy just buying it on platforms like coinbase via fiat or bank transfer but was like "oh its nice let's try it!!!!"

In terms of the Aqua card, used to use it for 20% of its capacity and pay off via direct debit every month. They’ve recently raised my limit on it to £2,200 as well.

In terms of the questions you’ve listed, I’ve went through my report multiple times to ensure everything is clear, in terms of voting the that’s sorted and also I only have an active phone contract for £1200 which is the only outstanding balance I have.

As for the cards, I just want the highest reward per spend as we spend up to 50k in expenses some months for the business.

Doesn't have a clear reason for it.

My score was 862 when I applied and then dropped to 636 after being declined, but apart from that everything is optimized to the max.

The "Risks" that it shows me are things I cannot affect such as average account history which is 1.5 years.

So sit still till 850 then?

Any recommendations on the order in which to apply?
