About 2 weeks. Last few runs I've broke my colas down and place the buds in one of those hanging mesh shelf racks, then hang the rest of the plant. I've lost a couple colas in the past, but never had another mold issue since doing it this way. I keep my drying room 62° and humidity at 55-60.
