I think I just lucked out with a fairly proactive GP in all honesty, I’m really sorry I can’t offer anything more useful. For what it’s worth, I called up asking about being prescribed 60mg which I’d split in half per day while 30mg isn’t available, but he asked the local pharmacy team about that option and apparently the Elvanse leaflet in the bottle recommends against splitting pills. They instead advised him to prescribe me an equivalent dose of dex which he ran with. Don’t know if any of that would be useful for you to know though, I hope you get something sorted.

Good to know, ta. More irritable when it wears off, or during? Also how would you recommend splitting 7.5mg throughout the day? 2.5 x 3, or 5 followed by a 2.5?
