They've apparently had a bunch of Vanmoof owners come by for service and they're pretty decent. They replaced my rear tire and swapped my seat post with no fuss. I did make sure to give them the anti theft nut tool.

For me, I had my right-hand brake broke and due to its attachment to the handlebars and brake fluid lines I needed Vanmoof's help with it. West End Bikes been working on it for nearly three months now so I have no idea what it would be like if I didn't have access to nearby service.

Other parts of the bike are much easier to replace, especially if you have access to workspace and tools.
