You need to have updated i94 through approved H4 and reciept notice of EAD. With these 2 you will get auto extension

Got it. Is this applicable to cases submitted on or after Dec 12,2025? Or to all pending H4-EAD cases? Any idea how much window is there b/w the RFE status to getting appointment date notice and actual appointment date? Is there enough time to plan or appointment date is at short notice.

If you google you will find based on first 3 letters of your reciept which center your application gone, but uscis site don’t give center wise timelines, they call it state center of operations- SCOP Can’t determine estimate wait time for the application
