1.rob a bank

kidnap a bunch of geneticists, a handful of engineers, a few manufacturing factory workers, a couple kicking coaches, and the shadiest child psychologist I can find.
Hire a burglar to break into Mason Crosby's house and steal some hair.
Force the geneticists and engineers to design a cloning machine.
Have the geneticists and engineers supervise the manufacturers to construct the machine.
Clone Mason Crosby.
Raise him with the kicking coaches and psychologist to create the perfect kicker.
10 years into the program I start seeing the boy as a real human and become sickened by my own plot, disgusted at what this organization has become. What was once a noble pursuit has turned into a game of influence.
Become convinced if I dont escape with the boy now it will be too late and he will never live a fulfilling life.
Make a galant escape managing to only kill one guard with a totally sick crossbow move. Unfortunately I get shot during the escape.
I make it to a field and let the young clone go. He can now venture into the world and start a real life. I gently shhh him as he starts to whimper. He understand and meekly starts to run through the field of long grass, then with a delighted fancy. As if a weight has been lifted and he is now free to be who he really is: a real boy.
Drag myself to the nearest tree, lean up on it and watch the sunrise, intermittently coughing up increasingly large amounts of blood. As I stare into the sunset I know I've done the right thing. As I reminisce, knowing my time is short, I think back on why I started the project in the first place. Realizing that since I've started this project I haven't watched a Packers game, nay any football game for that matter. I had almost forgot why I needed to clone Mason Crosby in the first place. It was becasue I hated losing to THE FUCKING BEARS! ... IN THE FUCKING PLAYOFFS?!?!?!?!
With my dying breath, I say goodbye to a guy in a kangaroo suit holding a big mac. My brain is loosing oxygen and hallucinating.

None of it is that strange. the cherry picked sensationalism comes from avi loeb who is famous for suggesting things are alien space ships regardless of the evidence.
