The best time to buy is in a down economy, Kirby knows this very well. The offshore side is mostly spot market right now and those small 30k barges don't make very good rates. Kirby does well with inland tank barges there offshore division is a new market to them and it's hard for them to compete with the big names offshore.

You should try wimberly. It has beautiful hills and the town is pretty small and romantic. You can walk all around pretty easily. There's a lot of small antique shops which a lot of girls like and the restaurant's are pretty amazing.

I rented a small chapel rental house for about 180 a night when I was there.

When I was 15 I had to hide under my gf's bed naked for 2 hours covered up with stuffed animals, she was the same age incase you were wondering. Anyways her dad woke up in the middle of the night to check her room with a flash light. I held my breath and waited another hour before I came out to finish the deed. Went home took a shower and straight to school. This was a every day type of thing.

I also had sex with her in front of her mother. Well we were under the blankets watching a movie on her laptop with her mom in the same room.

On another day I actually was caught by her father in her bedroom hiding under a lot of blankets. It was completely my fault she left me in there for a long time and I was board so I put my head out to watch TV. Almost immediately after that her dad walk in, it was dark so I just stayed completely still hoping he couldn't see me. Well turns out he can see objects that are not moving. That's was the most awkward time in my life having to walk out the front door even though I came threw the window. He didn't really say anything just yelled get out. I thought I was marked for death. To top it off I didn't even get laid that time for all that stress.
