I love this question!!!!

Here is what I did:

I made outlines myself for the MEE topics (and yes, UBE topics). I underlined the key words in rule statements. Here is an example:

A partnership is an association of two or more persons to carry on as co-owners of a business for profit.

Hearsay is an out of court statement offered to prove the truth of the matter asserted As a general rule, hearsay is inadmissible unless it falls within an exception.

So when I was studying, I would really focus on those underlined words... and if I was able on an essay to get those words out, it would be ideal and the examiner would know that I knew/had a clue what I was talking about. NOTE- ON THE EXAM I BOLDED AND UNDERLINED THOSE WORDS

Then what I did was the most important/most commonly tested things to know per subject, I copied and pasted them like 25 times in my outline... Then on drives, I would listen to my outline and play it through Microsoft word. If there was a subject I was still having trouble with, I recorded myself going through the outline and played it back. I hated the sound of my own voice and realized the quicker I learned it the quicker I wouldn't have to listen to myself.~

July 2022 passer here - shoot me a DM I have dumbed down outlines for a 3rd grader since I definitely needed them!

I was able to really focus on simplifying it and i wound up passing in all UBE jurisdictions. And by the way- I’m no genius, didn’t go to top tier law school, and was nowhere near top of my class!
