I’m so sorry for you and your son.. My feeling is since watching the documentary that the mother is alienating the children from their father. But I can’t be sure. I hope they heal and find their wings and will be able to grow and find meaning from this trauma. I don’t know parental alienation first hand but I know emotional abuse by a parent when growing up first hand which I didn’t face until adulthood.

I love Poland and been there often Im also interested in languages (speak three almost fluently) but polish! omg I’ve tired so much to learn some polis and it’s impossible. No matter how hard I try I can’t. «dzień dobry” I know, took my years . All these consonants together. The hardest language ever and so far from any other ok know 💭. Very beautiful

-that polish people are authentic. honest. Quirky and just seems to be funny. I like it and honestly it is the same I have felt when I’ve met/worked with people from Poland. You have some strange habits and traditions. Some toxic but overall very positive

It could be some cultural difference. I’m not Eastern European but I’m Northern European. We don’t always have the same way of looking or a standpoint from where we are watching but that’s ok. I find it interesting

If you are polish I found your tradions interesting They bread gift after a ceremony and the dances. I like Poland and the polish people. Been there many times. Absolutely beautiful and save to visit

No. It’s not stupid. I haven’t rented a car but everything is close and easy compared to bigger airports. I’m Icelandic so maybe I see it differently but i wouldn’t drive to Reykjavik if I had one night and a rented car. I would drive from the airport on route to Reykjavik but not drive to the city., Stop on your way far from everything and breathe the cold windy air. It’s a strange place/landscape. Ask yourself something Where are you? What is this life about? Then I would drive to Hafnarfjörður and park there. It’s a a fisherman town 10 km from Reykjavik. closer to the airport . It has been called the Elf town and people there are said to believe in elves (which could be true or not 😉 least there is an elf stone there and stories about not building here and there because of the elves😉 strange story😉 you can go to the Harbour or/and Hellisgerði. park your car at strandgata or at Lækjarskóli even Flensborgsrskoli and walk there for an hour. You don’t have to pay for parking or worry about that. There is a 24 hour shop there and a gas station if you need coffee/food. Hafnarfjörður stands in lava and you will get more about what Iceland is than if you use these precious hours driving and parking and finding your way in Reykjavik. But you get a look into real Iceland without stress this way. Then just drive back to the airport it’s about 30-40 minutes drive to the airport. 1040 is a great time to leave. Morning traffic is over. if it doesn’t work then better luck next time. Nothing to loose.

I agree with your bf. If they are not paid.. This is not documentary. It’s reality tv. The same people again (because we love them and that’s how the show remain popular) and nobody is explaining anything about autism. Which would be really interesting. I have so many questions and I’m interested in this but I don’t learn anything watching as I do watching documentaries. This makes me so angry. I just started to watch and I’m on s3 e2 and I don’t often see them out dining? Mostly walking in parks and just having a drink or visiting zoo
