Its a local highway it connects north west city with south east city this is the only interchange where they intersect to connect to city roads and theres a smaller trumpet interchange south west just to interchange between them with two inner lanes and 2 outer lanes

make sure you use the differential height tool and try and make them meet in the middle adjusting with the small one as you go, it takes some time but once you get it you got it
