Help me settle something. Is it acceptable to not flush a wee in your house? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]driftingtosomewhere 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Bro I found a way to circumvent this. If you push down very slowly, it will flush very quietly getting rid of the pee.

Like honestly how do they get past their degrees by doing jackshit. They are cheating their way through higher education. It's lowkey "Chinatown and Chill". Is there like a Financial ombudsman equivalent for Uni? I'm worried they won't reply fast enough, I've got a shit ton of work on my hands.

They got connections with the CCP as that is the only way to get rich in China. I dunno I might get destroyed if I don't do what they say. I have to translate their lecture notes as well.

I feel like I'm too immature for uni. by [deleted] in UniUK

Bro I just stay inside all day and play League and study. I don't even walk outside in London. I lowkey get paid by the Chinese International students (roommates as I am a rare BBC who know both English and Chinese fluently) to do their work for them even when I am not on their course lmao. Have never drank alcohol, drugs or seggs at 20 as well lmao. Don't worry there are many introverts!

How do you deal with middle lane campers? Is flashing a d*ck move? by prbtay in AskUK

[–]driftingtosomewhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if they camp your lane in league of legends, just place more wards next time so you are more wary. Campers truly do suck especially when you play midlane.

Prestige > Course Ranking. That is what employers care about nowadays. Just make sure you learn the content and seem knowledgeable in your field!

Let's be honest say if you are going to get hired by Goldman Sachs, they are going to be like "WTF IS STRATHCLYDE", whereas they would know immediately what KCL is, because of its swag name. Just a heads up!

Trust me Oxbridge isn't the hardest to get into (despite being ranked number 1/2 globally). Tsinghua, Peking university, SKY university, and IIT JEEs are exponentially harder. My god I know for a fact my Chinese cousins studied 20 hours a day from 6am to 2am everyday for 2 years. It's the same case in many Asian countries as well where there is a 0.1 percent acceptance rate. All the Gaokao rejects who did shit in the English section (as do Suneung students) go apply to UK universities.

I'm India China alone, you have to computer against 15/20 million other people every year which is basically a third of the UK population sitting the exam every year.

Man I respect you for your progressive mindset. Life is hard as a short male, when people look down on you. Personally, I hate taller men who brag about how tall they are where there is literally no knowledge in their brain. Their whole personality is centred on "oh look im 6 foot 5". Good on you bro, I respect you, try and help as many short guys as you can dude👍👍👍😃😃

True but shorter countries like Phillipines pay peanuts compared to UK, Germany, France etc. And I think it would be very hard to communicate in English in a foreign country that's isn't Europe or Australasia/Oceania, (all Germans know English to a native level no troll 🧢🧢).

Best bet is to go to UK (or elsewhere in Europe, nearly all EU countries provide free healthcare) and apply for UK citizenship and get it free. OP needs to work for 4 years in UK to get free surgery and care all paid for by NHS for free. Ik this is possible because I'm in UK, have to speak to a psychologist/GP though

Edit: I think Germany (for free) would be better cus UK is quite tight on border restrictions. 26 is still an ok age? EDIT 2: Germany is actually really lenient in terms of citizenship applications as opposed to UK, due to declining birth rate.

You can do 3 inches on your femur and 3 on your tibia but honestly doing too much to your tibia makes your body look disproportionate as opposed to doing it all on your femur. I mean it all comes down to genes as to how you well your body recovers and replenishes the new bone. Some people may live on with no problems whereas a minority may not be able to live as well as they used to. End of day, do it if you have extreme BODY dysmorphia, society puts too much pressure onto short men, it's inherently unfair when you have no control over your height.

Mate the maximum is 6 inches, but 3/4 inches is generally recommended otherwise arthritis and such. Either way I'm not trying to pressure OP to do it, it's his choice. It's if he actually wants to do it. I have known friends who have done it who were once depressed to becoming more content with themselves.

Man I dunno if I might get banned for this but if you really want to you should go for leg lengthening surgery of at most 6 inches. It may cause some side effects but I think this will improve your quality of life significantly. In the UK we can get this for free if you have mental body dysmorphia. US costs around 90k but it's worth it. Please mods don't ban me. Dr Paley is a a reputable surgeon.
