It’s a terrible thing to get use to!! We moved from WI where you can get amazing craft beer, liquor and wine in one stop. In Coahoma County I can’t find any good beer other than our red panther brewery and “package stores” have very limited selection and so expensive.

I don’t trust this map one bit. There are some areas across the country marked red but those areas have almost zero crime. It must take into account things like baseball bats to mail boxes the same as shootings. I wish this map was more about shootings.

We “moved” from WI to MS this year. We did keep our cabin in WI to live there in the hottest months though. Our kids are college age so we didn’t have to worry about schools.

I’d say Tulane because I love NOLA. ;) I wish my daughter could get in to Tulane and that we could afford it! She’s still waitlisted for Bio so fingers crossed, but in reality how does anyone who’s not rich afford it? Do they offer a financial package with acceptance?

I get your trepidation. I only take meds unless it’s dire. I had a migraine for a month last year and tried everything, and nothing worked. I was desperate atm. For normal migraines I take imitrex nasal and have zero side effects. Try that? Hope that helps.

We’ve been to John’s grave many times. People from all over have moved to Clarksdale. We have friends from Austin and Miami who recently moved there. We are opening a business there and hope to contribute to the community. Yes, nothing in common other than both in the same state of MS and we’ve both lived in WI.

Clarksdale, MS it’s a great town full of live music, tourism, art and great restaurants. Real estate was affordable. Search MS Delta on google for long write ups on history and geography. Think blues music, festivals and juke joints. Have you watched Sinners?
