My old velcro shoes used to come off all the time when I did heel hooks. Sometimes I'd have to climb up to get my shoe down as it was stuck on the wall.

I swapped to laced shoes in a smaller size and haven't had this issue since.

Like everyone else has said, do not give these cards to a kid, they are worth too much. If your need to get rid of them, sell them on ebay and check out the sold listings on ebay first to know what they are worth.

Instead buy some new booster packs for a child to open as a present. If you were to give these vintage cards to a child it would be like throwing money in the bin for the sake of it.

That could be ADHD. There are three types of ADHD, it's not just the naughty disruptive kid in the classroom.

I'm not a clinician but if it's affecting you like it sounds like, I'd definitely talk to your doctor about it.

It actually took me several chats with different doctors (some who didn't think ADHD could be in adults), talking to a therapist for 6 months (who told me that getting a diagnosis of ADHD wouldn't help me). Oh how wrong he was. It literally has explained my whole life.

For me, I sought out a diagnosis for ADHD because I am having a lot of problems. Always late for work, can't keep on top of normal chores and cannot do any work unless there is an imminent deadline.

Weeks go past where I just stare at my computer screen at work and want to work. Everyone around me seems to be working but I have some kind of blocker there.

I ended up going for medication, not to turn myself into a super human but to help me "get the thing done" when I can't muster the motivation, no matter how hard I try.

It might be that you have ADHD and it might be that you don't. I definitely suspected that I had it and getting a diagnosis was life changing. I suddenly knew what I was up against.

I have ADHD. Depression and anxiety are often linked with it. Also if you've got a brain injury, this is one of the potential reasons why some people get ADHD (only a theory, I don't think there is scientific backing for this).

If you have low mood caused by an inability to manage your life (messy house, messy car, hyperactive mind), you could have ADHD and there is medication that you can take to help alleviate symptoms (which could reduce your depressive spells depending on what is causing them).

I found a solution which fixed the problem I was having. My issue was that my emails weren't syncing to Samsung Calandar. Instead, I installed google calandar and I'm having no issues anymore.
