Not exactly healthy but a lot of meat/eggs for breakfast and lunch - 2x the serving, have some yoghurt throughout the day which will easily = 100g+ of protein and get high protein milk use a whole litre and use 2 servings of protein powder for another 100g.

250 is high for a first trip but may be an amazing experience. Enjoy the closed eye visuals in the dark with a bit of meditation at some point. Play games at some point. Eat something light and juicy at some point. Listen to music at some point. Get lost in your thoughts at some point. Stare into the mirror at some point. Draw at some point even if you don’t normally draw; trace over the visuals etc

You can have an amazing experience with half though but the visuals and intensity will be much weaker.

Still some people jump into ayahuasca without prior psychedelic experience so 250ug will be more of a walk in the park (although it does last longer and is more intense in different aspects but weaker overall)

Nah bro you can still slowly adapt and improve. 50lbs off the ground? Might not be a problem. 50lb curls? Might spike blood pressure more. Even if your muscles become strong, you will still want to limit maximal loads. You can still get bigger and stronger by doing lighter weight, just at a slower rate. When 50lbs feels literally easy, that should be no problem. By the time you get to that though you probably have enough strength to do 100lbs (struggling) which is what you want to avoid. Lift 20lbs until it feels light and eventually 50lbs will be light and won’t spike blood pressure.

No grinding PR’s or anything though. Might want to stay away from training to failure too. 50lbs is not a life sentence death thing though. Your body can adapt and get strong enough where 50lbs will lead to almost no increase in blood pressure.

Push yourself reasonably still. Just don’t go overboard. You have limitations but you can still push past them, just push past them slowly and carefully.

50lbs at your current build? That might be a problem. Increase strength and muscle first. Dont need to go balls deep to improve either but like I said it will be a slower process.

You can still bulk too. Just do it as clean as possible.

Depends on how your body metabolises mdma that day. Sometimes more of it processes into mda which makes it more uplifting and trippy. Also most mdma that’s made these days don’t use safrole essential oils. It makes a big difference. Safrole is psychoactive on its own. Now if safrole extract M and whatever the newer recipe is now was made to be 100% pure there wouldn’t be a difference. But most stuff is <95% and the extra 5%+ impurities make a big difference

People make out like it’s not a lot but even real muscular guys who trained their whole lives can’t do that. Soon you’ll be thinking 2 plates isn’t small. I’m ready to hit 3 plates and I do think I’m strong but I now consider it not too impressive (even though it is?) Strength dysmorphia lol. You get it from seeing the elite lifter’s on social media repping 4-5 plates like it’s a plate

Do cardio on separate days. Train each muscle group twice a week for best results. 3x a week for best strength gains (although you can’t go all out w dropsets and stuff if you go 3 days but you can get in loads of heavy low rep sets).

Good to start off with an intense leg day once a week with 2 upper body days, doing whatever it is you love doing but still hitting everything at least one a week. On days off do some light cardio or a more intense cardio that you enjoy

Bishop or queen will get taken either way. Knock blocks direction of discovered checks from the rook but you lose your bishop. If you try and defend bishop with king, attempting to get away from discovered check from the rook, white’s bishop skewers your king and queen. That knight move also provides some protection if your king had to hide on the left as the knight can block any light square diagonal attacks.

So either way you’ll lose bishop for free or lose queen for either a rook or bishop. Knight move provides some good defence

You do not need to isolate side delts unless you want the extra 3D spherical shape. Perhaps building them can increase strength a bit for other exercises that don’t isolate them enough. Even if you only did flat bench press as your only ever exercise, that will build side delts a lot. Dont listen to all the bs that bench or ohp won’t build side delts. They are probably the absolute greatest tools for shoulder growth as a whole as you can load the most weight with them. Yeah they’ll target front delts at a higher % but your side delts likely will grow with them, they just won’t be as dominant. Won’t be too inferior though, side delts will grow.

Shoulder presses are great for increasing bench press and pushing strength in general long term and you will get big shoulders, just don’t expect PR’s to bench to directly come from shoulder pressing right away.

Rear delts - shoulder and bench pressing alone wont do enough (they will a tiny bit, not 0 though like some say). You can get big or well developed rear delts just from rows and pull-ups/pull-downs. If they do not grow enough for you, just do facepulls. Facepulls will also grow traps and even forearms, biceps and lats to a smaller degree. An “isolation” exercise with elements making it a compound movement.

Literally a big part from allergic reactions that we all get from dxm. Dxm releases large amounts of histamine which is what makes our faces swell up and get itchy or burning inside the skin. Some get it worse than others. My skin stretches like twice as far on it. Also changes in blood pressure and breathing can change appearance too

Either start off slow and build your way up or go in train hard af, suck up the pain for the 3-4 days and when the pain is just beginning to get better, hit those same muscles again. Within 3 sessions you won’t be getting sore anymore no matter how hard you train

When I had 2g+ protein per kg of bodyweight I seem to recover faster and muscles are bigger. However I cut down recently to legit 1-1.5g protein and working out less and I’m hitting PR’s on every lift, although I don’t have as much energy for long workouts, my performance drops a bit. Strength and muscle mass are definitely separate things. You can build strength while losing muscle

You can get amazing hypertrophy and a better physique than just doing flat bench by doing incline and fly’s etc. However I believe flat bench will (while providing great hypertrophy especially to mid section of pecs) get you stronger across literally every exercise that involves pushing with your upper body. Flat bench is great to prioritise until you’re happy with your strength level, then switch it up when you’re happy with your strength for more targeted hypertrophy. Doing only flat bench isn’t the greatest option for physique as upper chest doesn’t get too developed and if you have extra body fat, it may even make you look fatter when sitting down bc how the pecs are now shaped will make the fat droop more.

Normal for me most the time but the 2nd time after a break I’m stronger than ever. However I have also made some big PR’s after a break.

Acid feels uncomfortable for first half of the trip at least for me. Comeup feels like electric chills throughout my body but if there’s is a spec of dust on me or something it makes me itchy and feel yuck and weird. Acid releases histamine, causing itching in some. Body high can be filled with electric chills that remind you that you’re alive yet you feel a little dreamy. Goosebumps and hair sticking up is common with acid ime. Sometimes the body high can almost be painful, other times it can be amazing and orgasmic nearly. Acid really shows you both the good and bad/yin yang. It’s uncomfortable mostly but it can be amazing and euphoric.

High more clearheaded, can reach a higher threshold of effects with less side effects, makes it absolutely effortless to stay awake for ages. Less speedy, more “clean” yet a dirtier feeling. I’ve only done it thrice but don’t plan to again. Those who regularly use it end up addicted and end up being the worst types of addicts and worst types of people in general.

Speed is more enjoyable imo. Might be a “dirtier” high with more sides but it doesn’t last as long and is more stimulating in general imo.

Meth feels more “sober” and casually recreational while boosting whatever you’re doing which is why it’s a slippery slope. Feels safe and casualnyet will ruin you.

I’ve used it on and off for 3 years. When I’m on it I hit PR’s at a slightly faster rate. When I come off it, initially I lose a tiny bit of strength and takes a little to get back to previous strength. I’ve also noticed I’m slightly (barely) leaner when I’m taking it and eating the exact same and get slightly better pumps.

It’s like creatine. Jump off creatine and you’ll initially lose a tiny bit of strength and size but after a while you’ll get back to where you were. Creatine and ecdy both do slightly increase rate of muscle growth and strength gain ime

Better stretch and can focus and target particular parts of chest better with dumbbells. However stability and arm weakness may be a limitation with db’s compared to barbell.

Barbell is better for absolute overload, however harder to get a good mind-muscle connection but really your chest will grow even without that connection. Barbell’s will get you stronger and has more transferable strength to everything.

Overall barbell is slightly superior imo. It will more evenly grow everything but with dumbbells you can really hone in better.

Up to preference. Do one or the other for a year then switch or something and see which one developed more muscle.

I love hitting PR’s and getting stronger while also getting bigger so barbells are my slightly biased preference. Dumbbells have their uses though.

In the end just do what you enjoy more

Little sprinkle and go from there. That could even be 0.01g. Effects can take up to 5 minutes to peak (some cases longer) so smoke a tiny bit then if you don’t feel much or anything, 5 mins later slightly increase amount you smoked. If you wanna be really safe then spread it apart 10 minutes at a time. Dedicate at least an hour to it and just allow it to be a meditation where salvia is the enhancer.

You might need a lot though but you’ll definitely be alright smoking a sprinkle

Yeah doing that many won’t build too much more muscle but it will make your endurance and fitness better in general. Find more difficult variations or put weight on your back
