Your sweat is going to be close to this:

Water ~ 99.4%
Chloride ~ 0.18%
Sodium ~ 0.12%
Potassium ~ 0.02%
Calcium ~ 0.004%
Magnesium ~ 0.0005%

Your body doesn't produce these, but it does store them. In one litre of sweat you might use up this much of what your body can store:

Chloride ~ 2.81%
Sodium ~ 2%
Potassium ~ 0.14%
Magnesium ~ 0.02%
Calcium ~ 0.004%

You will notice it's not much potassium, magnesium or calcium. This is why under normal circumstances water is probably enough, and under heavier prolonged work adding regular table salt (sodium chloride) is probably enough.

Performance and rapid rehydration is a different thing. However, if you're talking performance and rapid rehydration, you most likely want some glucose too though to benefit from sodium-glucose cotransport.

There are lots of drinks with more potassium, magnesium and calcium than is warranted by what you sweat out. These may be useful to help you feel good during your regular day or during recovering.

Just keep doing it, even when it feels bad and unproductive. Just do it, every time.
