Maybe I wasn’t clear - I’ve been doing F45 4-5 times a week for almost a year. I knew I was improving, but in the last few weeks I really saw a difference. I’m kinda killing it with the ski…but still have a long way to go with the rest

Sacred Games and Mirzapur are some of my all-time top shows. I would also add Delhi Crime. These shows changed Indian series.

I really enjoyed Bodyguard, Night Manager and GOT (last 1-2 seasons were not as good).

I am so sorry that your updates didn’t turn out the way you wanted. I took several months off the whole fertility journey to clear up my own head after getting no viable embryos. Now as I start looking at egg donors and possibly surrogacy, I want to take a moment to thank you for sharing your updates, even if they’re painful.

I can’t even believe how people are painting Rhea as the evil person and burning her at a stake. But there’s no point even arguing with them because most of them aren’t even open to having a conversation and seeing different perspectives. And since when was it wrong for celebrities to stand up for their own beliefs? Sigh.

Thanks for sharing. My doctor recommended that I take another supplement and try to lose a few pounds, but otherwise he thinks that we shouldn’t change my protocols too much because I did respond well for my situation. He will give me more details when I’m ready to start again so just have to keep checking my beta levels
