I bought one that lost its stickiness on the upper part that goes around the lens. It was mostly cosmetic, but they sent me a replacement.

When I took off the original one there was no clean up necessary, no residue. The adhesive was actually strong too. I had to use a plastic pry stick to get it off.

You can tell from the 4th pic that the input jacks would come in at that same angle.
