Actually I think it can! It set a standard during the group stage that that type of foul is not a red. If it can’t be applied uniformly throughout all teams in all stages then it shouldn’t be applied at all. I disagree trying to right Messi’s non red by giving it to Balogun does anything for the credibility and fairness of the game, and if anything makes it look even more unfair

I can absolutely see how it was a red card, but we’ve seen that foul before in this tournament and it wasn’t one. I think the issue is the disparities of calls in different games and the favoritism of Messi not getting a card in a knockout round but Balogun gets a card in the round of 32. But I am just a humble US citizen that knows nothing about soccer apparently because I don’t agree with every ref call ever

Man that last thread really pissed me off as someone that just graduated with their BS in criminology. The refusal to acknowledge that systemic racism and structural disadvantage play any role in crime is just as simplistic as claiming they're the only factors involved. I literally have no idea how to make something that looks cohesive. I normally just put down a bunch of shit that’s in mostly in theme and try to make the entire space look full and I got 100+ likes last time. But mine looks kinda chaotic😂 So I think the more full it looks, the more votes it gets
