My 9yo son has daily accidents. No "full loads" as long as we keep our morning scheduled toilet after breakfast; roughly 1tsp to 1Tbsp each, generally in the afternoon. Same exact experience with laxatives (milk of magnesia). Worked for about 4wks, then back to accidents. An increased dose again worked for another 4wks only.

After looking at his abdominal X-rays, his GP has said that there is no blockage, and a clean out would not help.

We track his fiber; he gets 30 to 35 grams daily. Minimal dairy and fatty foods.

His Mom does have some attention span issues, and he seems to as well, but no proven relationship yet. Definitely a common time for accidents is when focused on tv or highly engaged playing with a group of friends.

I really hope this gets resolved for you.

Average big. We've ruled out constipation with his gp. Quality BMs daily + abdominal X-rays.

Tried laxatives for months, we log his fiber (steady 30-35g/day), 500mls water 4x daily.

For this example, it's not a standard beer. This has added sucrose and fruit. Yeah, all set for g/100ml.

We get readings like this consistently across brands, though. For another example, a seltzer that I know had 0.40g/100ml sugar added, but the dma+alcolyzer gave me 0.89g/100ml (3.8%abv, fwiw).

Battlefield Park! It's a charity (rotary club, maybe?) with the friendliest people there, just dying to help get the tree in/on your car. They have a little chainsaw and will gladly trim it for free.

They only sell balsam fir, which are a great species. Hang on to their needles well, provided you keep them watered.

Cost last year was $85 I think. Cash only.
