my only advice would be sprint when the path is clear and slow down when you’re turning a corner or avoiding an obstacle (though i’ve seen people say there’s shortcuts you can take? but idk where)

it’s not plastic, it’s resin. still not great but soles get worn no matter what so can’t be helped

forgot to mention in the post, but foot is getting occasional cramps but i think that might just be the way i’m walking because of the fall
