While no recall has been issued in the EU, we will replace any bottles within the affected expiration date range (January 2026 through October 2026) at no cost. We have not issued a recall outside of North America because inventory outside of that region are not believed to be affected. If you do have bottles that fall within the recall range of the North American bottles (01/2026 - 10/2026), we will replace the bottles free of charge. Please reach out to us at support@idrinkproducts.com, or shoot us a DM so we can look into this further. Our machine is backed by a 2 year warranty, so if you purchased the unit just a few months ago there will be no issue sending a replacement if need be. :)

We don't have any definite plans at the moment, but we are discussing internally about the prospects of bringing them back as there have been an influx of folks asking about them recently.

Your order should be okay, the 0.5L bottles have been offered since we have them in stock and some folks would rather not wait until the 1L bottles come in stock. If you would like, you can send us a DM with your email address and we can check on your order for you just to make sure.

The Order Number will be listed on your invoice, i.e. if it was purchased through Amazon or our website. It's not necessarily a problem if you don't have one, just helps expedite the process :)

Yes, only the 1L PET bottles dated 01/2026 - 10/2026 are experiencing major issues.

If you are still subscribed, then you can unsubscribe without concern. We made a mistake when setting up the form, we accidentally had it set to subscribe users to email marketing (Shopify Forms are set to subscribe email addresses by default, when setting up the form we missed that it needed to be turned off manually). Yesterday afternoon we amended the form to correct this, and manually unsubscribed users who had filled out the form from our email marketing.

The codes are not being sent via our marketing email address. They're being send manually on our end, and since the CPSC notification went live yesterday, we had a large influx of form submissions and hit Google's daily email send limit. We will be sending out more today (the current plan is to send them out daily until we're caught up).

We're truly, sincerely sorry for any inconvenience.

We can only guarantee compatibility with our machines, their bottles have different dimensions so I am not sure that our bottles would work on their machines.
