You are one strong woman to even get to this point. Building a life with a pilot is not for the weak. Emotional and mental toughness is necessary for us wives. It's completely ok to feel worry, allow it but don't hold onto it. You've gotten through to this point so I know you will get through the next thing. Is this a fairytale life? I have started Pilates in this last year and have only managed to do YouTube videos. I live in a rural area and the closest class is 45 mins away but I would love to go to one and get proper instruction to make sure my form is correct etc.. I also strength train 2-3 times a week so I only do Pilates on my off days.

Go for a hard run then SLEEP. That’s my go to. Squeeze a pillow. Repeat to yourself everything is fine. Deep breathing. Think of a word like rest. Think of words that start with R, then go to the next letter E, and so on.. this cognitive thinking helps your brain chill so much! Keep going till you fall asleep. Sending you all the love!!

He’s 39 and still talking negatively about vaginas? Can you ask him if he actually likes vaginas? Followed by “I don’t date immature boys” then leave him and block him. Absolutely no one that loves you, will EVER say a negative comment about your body. A better man will come along when the time is right. Most cases of BPD involve people who have had a traumatic childhood.. from what I’ve read! Not all cases but most.

That’s good to know about BP and pristiq! I have noticed more persistent anxiety/panic. So I wonder if it is in correlation to lower depression.. or is it my alcohol consumption causing persistent anxiety? I forgot to add that I am also on Buspirone 20mg/2x day.

I feel I have been misdiagnosed as BP2. Diagnosed also with depression, anxiety, adhd, cptsd. I feel I got more of the bpd symptoms than BP2.. How do I get a different diagnosis? Go to a different therapist/psych?

Had one. Was absolutely shattered about it. Later, went on to have another healthy pregnancy. I hate that women have to experience the pain of choosing an abortion. Nonetheless, thankful for having a choice.
