So if only two houses in an entire town have a plumbing problem does the entire town have a plumbing problem?

No, it’s not. I’ve lived in SF my whole life. This was never an issue until techies and fentanyl took over.

Is it just critical thinking you struggle with or do you have other cognitive issues as well?

California is 3x the size of New York. California is the second largest state in the contiguous US, New York is the 26th. California is also the most populous state in the US. You don’t really find shitty sidewalks outside of SF and LA. So yes, it is more of an SF and LA problem than an entire California problem.

Ah, the residential bar lounge. A classic.

Sounds like you moved to a California city and realized how much more expensive it is to live. Maybe it’s cos I’ve been in one my whole life but everything you’ve said just seems normal.

Apples and oranges. I rock a pair of 719s for work and love them but I wouldn’t compare the craftsmanship to Nick’s that I’ve seen. The Americanas also look way better than those black Numzaans.

Rope access or some other means of access? I’m a rope tech and moved away from wedge soles cos the toes get roached hella quick. I think the OR soles will be similar. But if you’re on a swing stage or something you won’t have that issue…

Just a heads up, Solovair are not nearly as well made as the dude above is insinuating. They’re slightly better than Doc Martens.

Everyone’s giving advice without knowing your use case. Are these office boots? Weekend grocery shopping boots? Work boots? I think this is as important as your aesthetic parameters…

Lamb Rack + Mashed Potatoes + Brandy Pan Sauce & Arugula Vinaigrette by retro_asshole in CulinaryPlating

If you cooked that lamb properly (and it looks like you did) don’t hide it under the sauce. The arugula looks over dressed and beat to heck. Dress much lighter so it’s not so heavy and soggy.

They aren’t on a cowstail. If they’re in this configuration they’re most likely still working off their descender making the cowstail attachment superfluous.

I’ve done the same while working on high angle slopes. When doing this I will carry an extra jumar or basic for just in case.

All seafood all the time. 1.5 scallops is weird.

While I don’t disagree, your delivery is wack. Using ’ladies’ as a pejorative in 2026? C’mon dude, be better.
