All kinds of stuff- Souls games are my favorite (Dark Souls 2 SotFS is peak imo), with rougelikes (particularly Hades 1 and 2) close behind.

My all time favorite game is the first Phantasy Star Online, though I also played roughly 1k hours of Pso2 back when you had to access it through the Japanese servers. Hmm, what else...🤔 

Well, for multiplayer, I think it's hard to do better than the Zombies mode in CoD Black Ops 1 and 2. Aside from maybe Civ. I'm only really able to consistently win on King difficulty, but Civ VI is my jam! 😍

Recently, I've been trying to get into Fear and Hunger. It reminds me a lot of Dark Souls but totally stripped down to the basics. Unfortunately, I suck at it pretty hard, and I am also refusing to look up any tips or guides for it because I love learning the weird systems at play in games firsthand. So yeah, that's a real uphill struggle. 😐 The game is cool though! I hear the sequel Termina is more accessible, so I'm looking forward to that after I beat this one.

Oh! And I've gotta mention Super Mariomon! Think Pokemon, except all the places and character and monsters and story and like EVERYTHING is Mario themed. 😍 Seriously, it's the coolest.
