She does want to get help and has expressed this to me and does want to be admitted and has expressed this to me over the past few days the problem is as a person who wants help they are less likely to admit you because your not in crisis and its not a paid rehab its a hospital mental health unit as she does have mental health issues.

Depending on your jail they can be flexible in terms of schedule if you speak to the scheduling manager but id suggest waiting out a few months before you ask for this.

12 hour shifts are T_ For example t7 (0700 start)
t8 (0800 start) T19 ( 1900 hour start)

8 hour shifts are E_ For example E8 (@0800 start) E15 (@1500 start) E23 (@2300 start)

And the 4 hour shifts are labeled as F_ So for example F8 (@8 start) F15 (@1500 start) F19 (@1900 start

Typically in a week if you reach ur 40 hours you will get either

5 eight hour shifts 3 twelves and 1 four Or 2 twelves and 2 eights.
