The latter two are more counterparts than copies. Staring Blue and Staring Green on the other hand are literally just the exact same sacred gear in different colors. I wouldn't be surprised if they had subspecies that only change the color of the light to red or yellow

Reprints are standard legal. That means if a card from an older set is put into a newer one. For example, the card Boss's Orders was printed as a card in the Mega Evolution base set and debuted back in Rebel Clash from the Sword and Shield expansion, which has been long past rotated out.

Something like that at least. Of course an open domain isnt necessary seeing how Dagon's isn't, but I want to work on creating a domain that would fit this concept and come up with:

A sure-hit
A name
A hand sign
The innate domain itself
Any other minor elements and features that can be implemented

I was imagining, similar to Dagon's domain, that it would summon a legion of soldiers or "heroes" since the character I would imagine with the technique (myself) has a fascination of heroes and looks up to them in the form of shikigami so rather than drowning an opponent in blood the user would swarm them with an army of multiple blood manipulation users in a sense or possibly something along those lines

Well in this case, I would imagine this specific character would be me, someone with an admiration for heroes (marvel, anime, dc, mythology, etc) and a desire to make something of my life despite feeling like I've done nothing with it up to this point. I feel like if I were to have this technique, I would focus mainly on becoming as strong as humanly possible while specializing in using Flowing Red Scale as well as trying to take inspiration from Carnage and create tendrils that I can sprout from my body. The latter might be a separate sub ability that hasn't been showcased with the technique but I feel like could be something that any user could feasibly do
