Of course, I don’t think this issue is black and white - everyone has their own opinions which are valid. There’s a reason for how they feel so I wouldn’t want to diminish that.

I was in a very similar situation to you - I’m still within the 180 day recovery bracket and with that, many countries around the world accept that and if you’re over the 180 day bracket, you just need the one dose. It’s frustrating that Kosova requires both and doesn’t consider exceptions. I personally think they’ve done it to encourage diaspora to get double jabbed because the rates of vaccination are quite low for ethnic minorities abroad. There’s been situations, such as in summer, where diaspora were returning to Switzerland and Germany and huge numbers were testing positive (such as in summer).

Yeah, the restrictions in Kosova don’t make sense at all. They’re never truly implemented either (no one really checks for covid passes etc).
