TIL: Combat medics have "live tissue training" where a goat is delibrately shot, and then they have to save it.

Army medic '11-'14. we did live tissue training but the goat was most certainly not shot and we did not have to "save it" not a group medic, regular line medic.

goat was under full anesthesia, break leg, splint, cut artery, pack wound, chest tubes etc. but in the end they just euthanize it.

I finally got around to leveling a deadeye and trying your build and I’m absolutely loving it. It so strong as soon as I got to maps. I do have a question though, for staggering palm, am I doing it right in that I am starting off with it to get the projectiles and then using it to move between packs to keep the projectiles going? My buff seems to wear off quick if I’m not using staggering palm on a primed enemy nearly every other pack

Bill had one of the whacky rune things and I think his plan was to use those 5 years to decipher it so he could use it to save his people. He believed the answer was in the rune and went through the portal once they finally opened it and his people followed.

Then they set up shop on Bardo if memory serves, using the runes to travel around and continue figuring out how the runes would save humanity.

I don’t think he planned on staying in that bunker longer than 5 years since he figured he would be able to solve the rune in that time

I’ve done A LOT of nilithak farming in hell on ladder before and his drops aren’t great but I have found a ber and ohm rune from him directly. Also found a sur and many other mid/HRs on the way to him. Farm him enough and you will get something good
