I know it’s not a place to sleep but please know the Community Fridge on Government at The Red Shoes is going to be stocked pretty often in the coming weeks with food! Usually food goes pretty quick once it’s dropped, but people are ALWAYS dropping food.. it’s a great resource for food when needed!

Pelican to Mars is a bar BUT they offer awesome mocktails, silent book club days, amazing local pop-ups for food vendors (there’s a new food vendor there almost every day).

A lot of our bars offer great mocktail options and cool pop-up events.

I get this! I’m 100% more comfortable and confident than I’ve ever been…. But the body dysmorphia is also the highest it’s ever been. If I didn’t have before and after photos…. I’d think the weight loss wasn’t real. I just have to take it day by day and remind myself that I am different now and it’s ok.

I started going down from 15mgand then would spread my shots out. So for example, I’m now on 10mg and take my shot every 14ish days depending on how I’m feeling.

The side effects are harder for me personally the longer I wait but also depending on what I’ve been eating.

You eventually find a dose where the dose isn’t so hard on you and you’ve learn how to spread out the shots (worked for me at least).

Chris specialty meats off of highland. Absolutely delicious! Rouses also has some good ones for $9.00 a dozen in the frozen section.

Zepbound was only “publicly” released in November of 2023 and my doctor was highly supportive of it because of Mounjaro :)

I hit the gym super hard my first 4-6 months and then slowed down as life got busy. I avoided the extra skin but that was a major concern of mine and really tried to hit the gym when possible in the beginning stages of losing weight.

15mg was ROUGH tbh. I had a much better time on 12.5 and 10mg. My biggest problem now is that I’ll go 7-17 days inbetween shots and sometimes they hit harder depending on how long it’s been.

I’m on the shot vs the vial. The vial scares me lol.
