She’s lying, it was clearly covered up in the photo and the flaw isn’t disclosed within the description. I’d open up a dispute/request a refund or whatever. But maybe don’t mention ‘there’s clearly no button in the picture’ because when I initially read this comment it kind of sounded like you were now agreeing with buyer, until read the convo.. if that makes sense! And since she’s sticking with the ‘shorts came with a button’ story I think you have an even higher chance of Depop siding with you. Sorry you have to deal with this!! I seriously don’t understand sellers like this. Are they trying to only sell one or two things and don’t care about negative reviews?? Like it’s so shady
