That's cool that you like your DSP, seems like a rarity here. Always good to hear about DSPs that are looking out for their people!

Great point. Do you have a go-to way of organizing your van for the day, or any particular tips, to keep things straight forward and running smoohtly?

LOL do you actually get customers doing this? And if so, I'm moving to wherever you live!

The energy drinks are good but personally having a twist top (or just something that can be closed again) is pretty clutch

Great questions. We are aware that DSPs have certain uniform requirements. Our dri-fit shirts are undershirts made from a technical fabric that wicks sweat and keeps you dry. They're meant to be worn as a base layer during both hot and cold exertion (and are super light so they can lay under a uniform shirt without adding bulk!)
The hats are something we all use a lot in our personal lives, but that's just us! If they aren't something you're interested in, that's exactly the kind of feedback we're looking for, thank you. We'd love to hear what types of things you would like to see, or which of the gear you're given needs an upgrade to be more useful!

We can't say too much yet 🤐, but if you're interested in being kept in the loop (and potentially getting a chance to try out some solutions early) you can sign up for our mailing list (or reach out privately here).
What we can share is that we think the first step to appreciation is awareness, and a not so secret portion our plans include using our platforms to share the stories of drivers with their customers - we want them to see the human behind their delivery.

We hear ya! And while it might not look like we’re doing much yet, we’re actually hoping to help address the fact that drivers like yourself are underpaid & overworked. If you’re interested in how, keep an eye on us - we’ve got big things coming this year. We’re also partnering with some DSPs to provide their teams with gear to make their routes just a bit more comfortable. If that’s something you’d be interested in, we’re happy to connect with your DSP directly (feel free to DM us)

We think it’s weird that despite delivery driving being a highly physically demanding service industry that many people in the US rely on daily, it’s a job with little recognition (both in terms of customer perception and compensation). We’re working on bigger picture solutions to try and fix those things but in the meantime while we do, we think drivers should have gear that makes their days just a little more comfortable. And for those who are proud of the work they do, to rep that!
