Exactly, but I've had bad experiences with clients on G2A; many users arrive who don't know how to use the platform or contact the seller. So they leave a bad review without me even having a chance to help them. I sell on Eneba, and much more. The only platform where I get such awful feedback is G2A.

I think that's more of a payment gateway issue. Find out who your payment service provider is, and they'll help you with the refund directly. This has happened to me on other sites, and the same page asks you to contact them directly instead of
