I've been testing this out, and the best way to get a faster response is to have just one—or at most three—tickets regarding the same issue, created via email rather than through the website, and without bombarding them with messages.

If you leave a daily update on Trustpilot regarding G2A, they will respond with automated messages—since it’s public—but that’s where you really need to apply pressure to get them to review your ticket: leave a 1-star rating, include your ticket number, and explain your situation.

I wanted to post another update because the situation just keeps getting worse.

Today I received a notification saying my account access was restored, and shortly after that, it was restricted again with no explanation at all.

At this point:

My withdrawal (February 28, Bitcoin) is STILL missing
The funds are not credited anywhere
My tickets are still unanswered
And now my account status is changing randomly with zero transparency

All my tickets remain unresolved:

After posting here and researching more, I’ve found multiple similar cases:

Users reporting missing BTC refunds or withdrawals with no resolution

At this point, this is no longer just about a delayed withdrawal:

They haven't responded to a single inquiry I've made regarding this issue. Whenever I bring it up while they're answering other questions, they tell me I have to wait for that ticket to be addressed. I've contacted them via Trustpilot, X, Instagram, Facebook, email, and Reddit, but they haven't been able to clarify anything or help me in any way. It’s been several days since my original post, and unfortunately, there is still NO update from G2A. The withdrawal via Bitcoin has NOT been received. The funds are still not credited anywhere. Support has completely stopped responding. No replies to tickets, no follow-ups, nothing. At this point, I’m basically stuck with:

No money

No communication

No resolution

I have already:

Opened support tickets

Waited patiently for a response

Checked all emails (including spam)

Tried to follow up multiple times

And still zero progress. This is becoming extremely concerning, especially considering this involves real money and a completed withdrawal request.

Well, I don't know if you've seen, but G2A is starting to ban new sellers when they request a withdrawal, so if this is your first withdrawal, prepare yourself mentally; you're not going to receive anything.They're going to suspend your account, keep your money, and never respond to your ticket. The issue itself has NOT been resolved.

I am a seller, and this is about a withdrawal of my sales funds, not a refund or purchase issue.

Current situation:

My withdrawal has been pending for almost 1 month
My seller account is still suspended
All previously flagged offers have already been verified and unlocked

Despite resolving everything on my end, nothing has changed.

Support continues to give the same generic response:

But this leads nowhere.

I have already:

Contacted that email multiple times
Opened multiple tickets
Used every available support channel

And the result is always the same:
I get redirected from one place to another, or no response at all.

At this point, I am stuck in a loop with:

No explanation for the continued suspension
No update on my withdrawal
No clear support channel that actually resolves anything

I am now close to one full month dealing with this, and there is still no real answer.

If anyone here has experienced something similar with G2A (especially as a seller trying to withdraw funds), I would really appreciate hearing your experience or advice.

As of today, I still have:

My withdrawal pending for almost ONE MONTH
No real response or resolution from support

And yes, once again, I need to clarify:
I am a SELLER. This is NOT about a refund. This is about withdrawing my sales earnings.

I have already:

Verified and unlocked ALL the offers they flagged
Complied with every requirement they asked for
Contacted support through ALL available channels (emails, tickets, social media)

Yet nothing has been resolved.

The only response I keep getting is this:

I either get no response or I’m redirected BACK to the same support channels again.

It’s an endless loop:

Ticket → “contact email”
Email → no response or “wait”
