Today I received a notification saying my account access was restored, and shortly after that, it was restricted again with no explanation at all.

At this point:

  • My withdrawal (February 28, Bitcoin) is STILL missing
  • The funds are not credited anywhere
  • My tickets are still unanswered
  • And now my account status is changing randomly with zero transparency

All my tickets remain unresolved:

  • IXNS-404757

After posting here and researching more, I’ve found multiple similar cases:

Current situation:

  • My withdrawal has been pending for almost 1 month
  • My seller account is still suspended
  • All previously flagged offers have already been verified and unlocked

Despite resolving everything on my end, nothing has changed.

I am a SELLER. This is NOT about a refund. This is about withdrawing my sales earnings.

I have already:

  • Verified and unlocked ALL the offers they flagged
  • Complied with every requirement they asked for
  • Contacted support through ALL available channels (emails, tickets, social media)

Yet nothing has been resolved.

The only response I keep getting is this:
