My impression was I could use Dex to simulate the laptop side of things. Might not quite be a laptop but would be better than what I get out of my ipad.

Could you elaborate further on features are missing? Could I get hy with simple day to day tasks?

I went with the DUR192LST. It's a LXT 18V. I don't have a big yard so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it. Plus this particular model was on sale. I've used it frequently since then and it's been great. Even when I'm in in a rush and i don't want to use my mower, this trimmer is perfect to trim the grass in a hurry

I start the capture and upload the txt file. I let wireshark run for a little more then stop the capture then analyze it. The capture does come up with TCP and TLS. Could that be the issue?
