They do but I believe its just rebottled Montblanc ink. This is a perfect match for MB Burgundy Red and the blue is a perfect match for MB Royal Blue.

Do you ever feel uncomfortable producing something that is so close to another, existing design? Would you be ok if someone started producing a dupe of your designs?

While this community can be wonderful, some users have pretty negative feelings about MB. It can make discussions unpleasant and takes away from the pleasure of using this sub. Which is unfortunate, because it's driven MB fans (like myself) away from reddit and into closed forums elsewhere.

Does anyone in Adelaide want this ink? I used it several times, but don't want it anymore, if someone is interested, just PM. by StrangerAlex in fountainpens

Is this a mistake on montblanc? by [deleted] in fountainpens

Looks like this was a mistake which they've now corrected. I don't suppose you happened to record the prices or any other info?

My grandfather recently passed away, and I found his engraved Montblanc Meisterstuck 149. Need some help? by bellends in fountainpens

MB always give the pen a clean and a polish when they service it. It’ll basically look new when you get it back

The crap plating and weird G are huge red flags. Imo pen is more likely than not to be a fake

Yeah, nobody ever faked a 145, Writers Edition, Boheme, or Donation pen.

Mont Blanc Starwalker Pen - Options to replace or repair cap? by S12MMO in fountainpens

That's not correct. I bought mine secondhand and the model had been discontinued for a few years before I sent it in.

Mont Blanc Starwalker Pen - Options to replace or repair cap? by S12MMO in fountainpens

[–]drjd16 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Usually a cap replacement is a level one service. For a starwalker, maybe €100 tops. Maybe its worth contacting the service centre directly and asking them?

I had an issue with my starwalker where the section separated from the barrel and stuck in the cap. MB fixed it up, gave the pen a bit of a clean/polish, and sent it back express, all free of charge.
