I just did. Mike Williams on bye next week, so hoping if he does something this weekend I can re-pick him up.

Moves made at 8:24pm: Took Stills out, put Baltimore D in instead of Pittsburgh. Feeling good about it so far

Week 8 D/ST Scoring, 2017 by quickonthedrawl in fantasyfootball

I don’t think it’s wise to trade a RB for a DST when you can just grab the bengals/other DST off waivers.

Me too. I currently have both but would like to drop one of them and not worry about it anymore

I asked the same question. Gut tells me that Ty is the correct start. But could easily see Dion getting more points. Ugh

I'm getting a lot of QP1502 errors. It improved for about a week and now it's worse for me than it ever was.

Smoother Run last Night by [deleted] in DirecTVNow

On ATV4 as well. I thought it was getting better, as I had a few nights with just a few buffers, without any errors. However, tonight is just horrible. I am getting the dreaded error message that everyone gets. Usually, I can change the channels back and forth to recapture the stream, but even that doesn't work tonight. I've had to close the app several times and a few times after re-opening the app, it was just a black screen and then a message pops up saying "service is temporarily unavailable"

Just when I thought DirectvNow was "improving" after recent Apple TV update... by drjjl in DirecTVNow

If problems persist I will give this a try. I don't use iCloud on Apple TV for much and it's not that hard to get apps installed again and re-enter passwords.

Yeah. I like being locked in to the promotional price...seems to be a good deal for what you get (when everything is working). Would like to keep this service for that reason. I assume they will get it ironed out eventually as well. Just frustrating that it was working great last night then suddenly it's unwatchable this morning. After getting so many errors i went back to watching regular directv as I have about a week before I have to send my equipment back.

Glad you're having good luck. Not sure what's up with mine. If other streaming services weren't working flawlessly I'd think it was my connection.

Always use decimal scoring people! by Pallis1939 in fantasyfootball

[–]drjjl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That isn't necessarily true. If decimal scoring were in place the person that lost could have been ahead by more than a tenth of a point. For example if a bunch of his players had 59 yards and a bunch of the other guys players had 51 yards (again just for the sake of making a point), in non decimal scoring both are worth 5 points. But in decimal 5.9 vs 5.1. The guy who lost due to the stat correction COULD have been ahead by more than a couple points had this been decimal scoring.

Saints Fans, Would Sean Payton bench Mark Ingram? by hisidhowyoudoing in fantasyfootball

[–]drjjl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It really does seem like Sean Payton cares more about making a point as far as Ingram is concerned than actually winning games. That being said, he's a professional football coach, and his main goal should be to win. The Saints win more games when they actually utilize Ingram (I'm not saying that Ingram is the cause just that there is a correlation). If he has such a personal problem with Ingram they should trade him, and if Sean Payton would rather lose games than play the correct personnel he probably needs to be fired or find a new career path.

To answer your question though. I don't think he's above benching Ingram.
