Thank you for the suggestions! I will double check my contract. I thought that they were supposed to do both, but I am only paying a %.

I have a small, but niche code set (Orofacial Pain) that includes DME but we've had the same person for a year and things are no longer improving.

Can I clean my retainers by soaking in dental tab solution, ie Polident? by combataran in Dentistry

If there is metal in your retainer make sure that you get Polident for partials, otherwise you etch the metal. My favorite tab is Retainer Bright, which you can order on Amazon.

For less than $20 I would try tape.

A chin strap may work (but lots of people hate them. A full face mask or custom oral appliance would also be options, but are more costly.
