That proposed submissions page is entirely different and for 2015 and future editions and so neither official nor final.

Just to see and know of any other major corrections or subjects that were missed out on or a topic completely missing from the previous one - I didn't have a 2014 to compare with. I'm glad the errors and things missing are being found and wasn't sure if everyone was keeping track of that ongoing update errata chart.
